Green juice

 

Making a healthy green juice at home couldn’t be easier. All you need are a few simple ingredients, a high speed blender and a nut milk bag.

  • 2 glasses

  • • 2 celery stalks


    • 2 stems of kale or other greens (beet, romaine, chard)


    • 1/2 - 1 lemon (peeled)


    • 1 large knob of ginger


    • 1/2 apple (granny smith is a great option)


    • 2 cups water


  • Blend all ingredients, strain in the nut milk bag, add ice and enjoy!
